Thermal driers

They are used to heat the air in dryers or ovens generally with temperatures no higher than 250°C. The burners are natural gas or LPG, with power modulation; for small installations two stages burners are used. They could be “direct type” with the fumes of the fuel combustion mixed with the process air, or “indirect type”; in the first case they utilize duct burners while in the second case there are heat exchangers. The generators are placed in a recirculation circuit of the process air. The construction is generally in stainless steel and the type of manufacture will depend on the requirements of the specific application (ceramics, bricks, feed industry, wood or paints driers etc.). The units are supplied to kiln manufacturers
